We will endeavor to dispatch your goods on the same day or next working day. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or with a courier, dependent on the contents of the order.
Standard UK Delivery time is 2-3 working days from dispatch.

CHANGE OF MIND
We will gladly refund any item returned to us unopened within 30 days of purchase sealed in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition, buyer accepts all return postage costs.
FAULTY GOODS
If you purchased an item from us and the item is defective (within the first 30 days) we will replace it free of charge, alternatively we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the faulty goods. If you purchased an item from us and the item becomes defective after 30 days we will, at our discretion replace it free of charge, or alternatively we will ask you to exercise the manufacturers warranty provided with your goods. Items returned as faulty that are found not to be faulty when tested will be returned at the buyers expense. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items by issuing a prepaid label so the item can be dropped off at a local post office or parcelshop.
RETURNS PROCESS
Before returning any item to us please contact us first. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item we will issue you with a prepaid postage label which is valid for returns via the post office or a local parcel-shop drop off point. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage in case the item gets lost, please also ensure the package contents contains a record of your Name and Order Number. Once received we will endeavor to process the return within 24 hours.
